I. INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Use (collectively, the “Terms”) together with all documents referred to herein constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a natural person (“you”, “your”, or “user”) and Nitro X (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of AI ID Photo Maker: Passport (also referred to as the “app” or “software”), an Android mobile application that provides AI-powered ID photo creation, photo editing, background processing, and related services, including premium subscription features.

All documents related to the app are hereby expressly incorporated by reference. Please read these Terms carefully before using the app.

By accessing or using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, agreed to, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue accessing and/or using the app.

II. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or update these Terms at any time and for any reason.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the app or its store listing.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

III. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS

The app is intended for a general audience.

Users under the age of thirteen (13) may access and/or use the app only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, in accordance with applicable laws.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13).

By using the app, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, or that you have obtained valid parental or guardian consent where required.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors’ use of the app.

IV. GENERAL TERMS OF USE

The app is developed for AI-powered photo editing and ID photo generation purposes and is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to use the app for any illegal, unauthorized, or inappropriate purpose.

Certain features of the app require an internet connection and may involve cloud-based AI processing.
